INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon light mayo
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 oz sliced lean smoked ham
1 oz light Swiss cheese
2 slices tomato
DIRECTIONS
* Combine mustard, mayo and Parmesan in a small bowl.
* Spread mustard mixture over bread.
* Layer with ham, cheese and tomato.
* Coat both sides of bread with cooking spray.
* Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes each side or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
* Note: To lower sodium, use low sodium ham.
